GB Sports Coaches talks to Dave Willoughby about his training schedule & to find out why he’s raving about DINO Nutrition!Dave is a regular on the Triathlon circuit, all round gym goer and seasoned fitness coach. So Dave, you contacted us about something, tell us what that is?Recently I purchased DINO Whey Protein 70 in chocolate flavour, the 3kg reseal pack and I wanted to provide those that I bought it from with feedback because it has been absolutely awesome for my training regime and me. Superb, thats great news and thanks for giving up some time to talk to us about the DINO product.We’d like to offer other readers details about your training though if we may; can you tell us about what sort of training you do?Sure. I vary my training really to fit with my favoured sport, which is of course taking part in Triathlons. So I have to ensure I am fit through a trio of disciplines…Running, Swimming & Cycling. Being endurance based I focus my efforts in two ways; the first is by training in the gym, high rep exercise with a moderate weight to boost my muscles endurance, tone and all round condition. I might occasionally work with a friend to increase my strength through heavier sessions too to ensure I have some explosive power. The second is to focus on the actual separate sporting segments of my triathlon, so I get out on my bike and cover varying distances and effort. I go running again straight after as i find this transition in the event particularly hard

This protein powder I thought was excellent quality, really light to drink and very palatable, good taste as some can leave a nasty aftertaste. It seems that it has no rubbish in it either and definately gave me a boost. Cant wait to order more from you.
